About Bombshells American Cantina

Starting with an idea to recognize the “Greatest Generation,” Luis Elizondo, a disabled veteran himself, had a vision to recreate an Officer’s Club of bygone days.

After amassing a sizeable collection of military surplus and one-of-a-kind artifacts, he decided to go into business with one of Buffalo’s native sons, Tucker Alger. As friends and business partners, Lue and Tucker had a dream to bring to Buffalo not just a “bar,” but a unique experience that includes museum-quality pieces, both authentic and truly historical.

With the help and support of their wives, Jennifer and Haley, Bombshells American Cantina was born. As you look around inside, you’ll notice many contributions that were generously donated or loaned by the many locals who are military personnel, firefighters, law enforcement, and other first responders.

While you’re here, we warmly invite you to try one of our signature cocktails, including many recipes from wartime eras. Stroll through and browse the countless displays that you can touch, feel, read, and even sit inside.

We’d like to extend a huge “thank you” to the Buffalo Airport and so many others who donated historical items for everyone to enjoy. Here at Bombshells American Cantina, we proudly serve those who serve, and we remain unapologetically patriotic.

From our families to yours, we salute each and every one of you.

Cheers!
